Ø  I refered the Merit/Ph.D. list already uploaded on the University website before preceding for filling the online Application Form to attend the 19th Convocation.

Ø  I understand that participation in the Convocation shall be in the notified dress code which I shall be bearing at my own cost etc.

Ø  Any change in the proposed date shall not amount to any claim at my level (I shall not claim any special privilege/refund etc.).

Ø  Participation in the rehearsals with full dress is mandatory and if I fail to do so, I shall forego my right for appearing in the final Convocation. I shall return Gown etc. within the time period notified by the University.

Ø  I undertake to keep myself abreast about the latest notifications/announcements on the University website with regard to Convocation and to be updated in the matter

IMPORTANT

Ø   Those who applied for the postponed  Convocation are required to login and print their form (alongwith ID card), get it verified from the department concerned and deposit in the office of AR (R &A). 

Ø All candidates shall deposit their duly verified form with AR(R&A) in the office of Dean Research Studies (near J&K Bank) and get their ID Card page stamped & signed. ID  card shall be kept in safe custody as participation in rehearsals / final Convocation shall be allowed only with this ID card as Proof.
